QA Test Manager 2 (Sagitec Neosurance)

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced QA Test Manager (10+ years preferred) to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and coordinate testing activities across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Define and manage UAT strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability.
- Coordinate Unified Compliance Framework (UCF) testing activities.
- Review vendor-provided test cases with business SMEs and lead defect triage/prioritization sessions.
- Oversee accessibility, interface, data conversion, and performance testing.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business users, vendors, and stakeholders.
🔹 Required Technical & Core Skills
- 5+ to 10+ years creating and executing system test plans and managing UAT.
- Testing Tools: Selenium, JUnit, Micro Focus UFT, JMeter, JProfiler, and ALM Octane.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, defect management, and PIR reporting.
- Experience training and mentoring QA team members.
🔸 Preferred Skills (Huge Plus)
- Previous State of Texas project experience (e.g., TWC, HHSC, TDI).
- Strong SQL skills with DB2 and MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant.
- Experience with commercial COTS platforms.
