Job Title: Senior ODM Developer
Location: O Fallon, MO (3 Days Hybrid)
Duration: 24+Months
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) / Rule Authoring
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong Java / Object-Oriented Programming experience
- Experience with rule engines and decision management systems
- Knowledge of REST APIs / Microservices architecture
- Experience with test automation and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Experience in Fraud Detection / Risk Management systems
- Background in Financial Services or Payments domain
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing systems
- Familiarity with IBM ODM components (Decision Center, Decision Server)
