Position Overview
Systems/Business Analyst roles are needed to support multiple initiatives across the Technology Services portfolio. These roles require strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable work for delivery teams.
Skills:
? Excellent communication skills; ability to work across matrixed teams.
? 5?7+ years Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
? Ability to understand and document functional & non-functional requirements.
? Experience breaking requirements into consumable user stories for agile teams.
? Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
? Technical knowledge in system integration, data/integration layers, and development concepts.
? Product intake experience preferred for at least one of the roles.
? Must be able to work across portfolios and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
