We are hiring a Senior RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath, RPA tools, and process automation. This role requires hands-on experience in API integrations, databases, and advanced Excel, along with the ability to work at a lead level in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Role: Senior RPA Developer (RPA / UiPath / Automation)
- Duration: 9 Months (with extension)
- Location: Dallas-Irving, TX / Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Visa: Only W2 (No OPT/CPT)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath/Blue Prism
- Automate complex manual business processes
- Integrate systems using APIs and databases
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis using Advanced Excel
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Work as an independent contributor in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- 6–7+ years of RPA development experience (Lead level)
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and databases
- Expertise in Advanced Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with contact center platforms
- Background in banking/financial services
- Exposure to SaaS migrations or enterprise transformations
