Business Consultant Aviation & MRO Operations | Americas

We re looking for a consultant who knows aviation from the inside someone who can walk into a technical operations environment, identify where the gaps are, and drive real change through better systems and smarter adoption of technology.

In this role, you ll work directly with airlines and MRO organizations across North, Central, and South America, helping them get measurable value from enterprise aviation software. You re not just advising you re configuring, project managing, presenting to executives, and moving implementations forward.

What You ll Do

  • Analyze and optimize customer workflows across Airworthiness Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Line & Base Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Paperless/Mobility operations
  • Identify process and digital improvement opportunities aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead software configuration, system implementation projects, and digital adoption initiatives from start to finish
  • Deliver executive workshops, product demonstrations, and technical presentations that clearly connect capability to business value
  • Represent the company at customer sites, industry conferences, and events throughout the Americas

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on aviation industry experience with solid working knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable regulations
  • Familiarity with process design methodologies Value Chain, Lean, BPMN, or similar
  • Technical fluency across software configuration, mobility solutions, API integrations, and data workflows
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
  • PMP certification or meaningful project management experience in complex environments
  • Valid U.S. work authorization (required no relocation assistance provided)
