Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (parallel jobs, sequences, debugging, performance tuning).
Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, EC2, EMR, CloudWatch, IAM, Step Functions.

Develop, enhance, and DataStage ETL jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems.
Design and implement, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Step Functions, Redshift, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
Migrate on-prem DataStage workloads to AWS cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
Optimize ETL performance, troubleshoot job failures, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Build CI/CD pipelines for ETL and AWS.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Implement security best practices including IAM roles, encryption, VPC networking, and compliance standards.
Create technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Monitor and tune AWS resources for cost optimization and performance.
