Summary

Role: SAP IBP OBP Lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
 

Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished SAP IBP Response & Supply Consultant with strong expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) and solid functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and PP modules. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading SAP IBP implementations with focus on Response & Supply planning processes in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead blueprinting and solution design workshops for SAP IBP Response & Supply
• Configure SAP IBP components including Heuristics, Optimizer, and Pegging rules
• Implement and support Order-Based Planning (OBP) functionalities
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, PP, and SD using SDI/CPI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into scalable planning solutions
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities

Required Skills:
• 12–15 years of SAP SCM/Supply Chain experience
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP Response & Supply experience
• Strong experience in SAP IBP OBP (Order-Based Planning) — mandatory
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and PP integration
• Experience with SDI/CPI integration frameworks
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills

Domain Preference:
• Experience in Medical Device or Manufacturing industry environments is highly preferred
