The ideal candidate will design, architect, and lead ServiceNow telecom solutions aligned with business and network operations requirements.Strong-TOM and TNI Required Skills:12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architectureStrong experience in ServiceNow Telecom Operations Management (TOM)Hands-on experience with Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and platform integrationsStrong knowledge of CMDB, data modeling, and workflow designExperience integrating with OSS/BSS systemsServiceNow Certified (CSA, CIS)
