Epic Cogito Project Manager to streamline its enterprise reporting landscape by moving from a dual-reporting structure to a single, unified
Epic reporting model. To support this transformation, they are seeking an experienced
Epic Reporting Developer / Epic Cogito Project Manager to lead BI initiatives, partner with technical and business teams, and help measure the impact of key digital programs across the organization.
This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity for an Epic-certified professional with deep expertise in
Cogito,
Clarity,
Caboodle, and
Radar SQL.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Cogito applications and advanced analytics functionality.
- Lead and manage projects supporting the consolidation of enterprise reporting into a unified Epic reporting model.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including digital, clinical, and technical stakeholders-to optimize workflows and enhance Epic-integrated user experiences.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into clear technical specifications for BI developers and data teams.
- Work with data engineers and analysts to support Clarity/Caboodle ETL processes, data modeling, and enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
- Develop or support advanced reports and dashboards utilizing Caboodle, Radar SQL, and Epic BI tools.
- Support the Epic Digital Access service lines (e.g., Slicer Dicer, Cadence/Prelude, Referrals, Welcome).
- Ensure alignment between business intelligence outputs and organizational digital strategy goals.
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as an Epic Cogito Project Manager.
- Hands-on expertise with Clarity, Caboodle, Radar SQL, and general Epic BI architecture.
- Experience supporting Epic Digital Access tools such as Slicer Dicer, Cadence/Prelude, Referrals, and Welcome.
- Epic Cogito certification (required).
- Epic Cogito Project Manager certification (preferred).
- Strong BI experience with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for stakeholders.
- Experience working in large academic medical centers or enterprise BI environments
- Demonstrated success managing analytics projects with cross-functional teams (data engineering, Epic teams, digital experience groups, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work full-time during 9am-5pm Eastern Time on a contract basis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
