Required/desired skills:
*) Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support
*) Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and the impact of different design decisions. Ability to apply best practices.
*) Experience with dashboards and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
*) Strong SQL skills and experience working with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.
*) Experience with user management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and other routine tasks.
*) Critical thinking and problem solving around issues such as user access, declarative logic, business requests, Environment management, and backup solutions.
*) Comfortable engaging and escalating issues to Salesforce
*) Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed.
*) Must be self-starter and driven. Must Drive the work from requirements to implementation.
