Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing the VR module. The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and security workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module
- Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
- Integrate VR with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud)
- Configure MID Servers, APIs, and data sources for vulnerability ingestion
- Automate vulnerability lifecycle including assignment and remediation tracking
- Build dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for KPIs
- Ensure smooth integration with CMDB and ITSM processes
Required Skills
- 5–9 years of ServiceNow development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Strong experience with:
- JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP integrations
- CMDB and Discovery
- Experience integrating vulnerability scanners
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes
