Job Description
Client is looking for a US based senior-level Engineering Expertise in Windows endpoint architecture, enterprise imaging, endpoint management, application performance analysis, Windows performance optimization and SCCM.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop storage solutions, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to desktop storage in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktop storage systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Document technical issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
Conduct training sessions for clients on best practices for desktop storage management.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in desktop storage to provide informed support.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of desktop storage technologies, including HDDs, SSDs, and RAID configurations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Experience with backup and recovery solutions related to desktop storage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on desktop storage.
Proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
