Job Title: Data Portfolio Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary

Lead enterprise data initiatives including cloud migration, data modernization, and AI enablement. Own roadmap, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across large-scale data programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive data transformation programs (migration, MDM, AI scaling)
Lead ETL / batch processing / data orchestration teams
Modernize legacy Oracle/SQL platforms to cloud (ADF, Databricks, Snowflake)
Ensure SLA, performance, and operational excellence
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Implement automation, monitoring, and AI-assisted development

Required Skills

Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, Informatica, CDC
Hands-on with ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake
Experience in data platform modernization & cloud migration
Proven leadership of large data engineering teams
Strong knowledge of ETL frameworks and batch processing

Nice to Have

Insurance / Financial domain
AI/ML or modern data architecture exposure
