Summary

Position: AI Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Skills Required:

AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices

Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Experience with AI Agent development and enhancement

Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts

Experience performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues

Ability to work collaboratively with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions

Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills:

AI Cloud Architecture and AI development exposure

AI testing and quality automation

Workflow automation and AI configuration management

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products

Support Technical Design Agents and Configuration (Config) Agents

Work on AI Testing and Quality-focused agents

Refine agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve accuracy and reliability

Participate in peer reviews, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities

Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in pilot-driven delivery environments

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and implementation details
