Summary

{"description": " Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer to support the engineering, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the enterprise end-user technology experience. This role focuses on identifying and reducing friction across devices, applications, and digital workplace services using telemetry, analytics, automation, and sound engineering practices.

This is a growth-oriented engineering role for individuals with a strong foundation in endpoint or end-user computing who want to deepen their expertise in Digital Employee Experience. The role partners closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive, data-driven improvements. This is not a traditional help desk position.

What You'll Do:
  • Support day-to-day engineering and administration of Digital Employee Experience platforms (e.g., Nexthink, ControlUp, Liquidware).
  • Monitor endpoint, application, and user experience health to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and experience views for device health, application performance, and login experience.
  • Partner with senior engineers and other teams to investigate recurring issues and employee experience pain points.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, automations, and remote actions using PowerShell and approved tools.
  • Support proactive remediation efforts to improve stability, performance, and overall digital workplace experience.
  • Contribute to experience-focused initiatives such as OS upgrades, patching, software deployment, device management, and virtualization.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and engineering standards.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of DEX and endpoint changes.
  • Collaborate across endpoint, OS, virtualization, service management, and support teams.
  • Continue building technical depth in DEX platforms, endpoint management, automation, and enterprise engineering.
