Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collection Admin Staff to support critical public safety operations by researching, analyzing, and processing offender registration and legal records.

Position Details

Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, flexible shift options)

Interview Process: Phone & In-Person

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analyze: Review court documents, sentencing reports, and legal records.

Data System Entry: Input sensitive case details into state web portals with 100% accuracy.

Agency Liaison: Collaborate with local and state law enforcement agencies.

Top Skills We're Looking For

Required:

Data Entry & Management: Proven accuracy with complex datasets.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Experience handling highly sensitive legal information.

Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.

Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent relevant experience).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Legal Record Familiarity: Comfort with criminal history files, court orders, and presentence reports.

Research Skills: Ability to independently locate and verify legal documentation.
