Summary

Job Title: Solution Architect Digital Engineering
Location: Remote (USA)

Role Summary:

Lead the technical vision, design, and delivery of complex digital solutions across multiple client engagements. Serve as strategic advisor and hands-on technical leader, defining architectures that balance scalability, performance, and security while aligning with client goals. Guide multidisciplinary teams toward technical excellence across web, mobile, and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end digital solutions across web, mobile, and enterprise environments meeting client requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with clients, product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures
Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices promoting code quality, reusability, and performance
Design and oversee integration strategies for APIs, microservices, and third-party systems
Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions; produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and system blueprints
Guide DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment strategies
Mentor engineering teams through architectural reviews, technical coaching, and hands-on problem-solving
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools for innovation
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards throughout software lifecycle

Required Experience & Skills:

Required: 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership role (within professional software engineering experience)
Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions using Azure, Snowflake, Salesforce, and similar platforms
Deep knowledge of modern software architectures: microservices, event-driven systems, API-first development
Proficiency in one or more: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and integration best practices
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git)
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholders
Self-sufficient and independent with minimal supervision required
High standards of professionalism and quality; collaborative and flexible approach

Preferred Skills:

Experience in digital consulting, system integration, or product development environments
Knowledge of data architecture, security frameworks, and API management platforms
Experience architecting solutions for headless CMS, e-commerce, or enterprise digital platforms
Cloud architecture certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Exposure to AI/ML services, automation frameworks, or low-code/no-code tools

Education & Certifications:

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar cloud certification
