Product & Agile Transformation Coach Nashville TN Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Product & Agile Transformation Coach to support teams transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model and from waterfall to agile methodologies. This role focuses on driving sustainable change, improving delivery practices, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams and leadership through the transition from project-based to product-oriented delivery.
• Guide organizations in adopting agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams.
• Help teams define and refine product vision, roadmaps, and outcome-based planning.
• Improve backlog management, prioritization, and delivery practices.
• Assess current processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Facilitate workshops on agile fundamentals, product mindset, and team collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to align governance, funding models, and delivery metrics.
• Support teams in adapting agile practices within enterprise or regulated environments.
• Promote continuous improvement, servant leadership, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or Transformation Consultant.
• Hands-on experience leading project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and product management principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, etc.).
• Ability to coach at team, product, and leadership levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex or highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in public sector or large enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Experience with governance transformation and funding model alignment.
• Background in change management or organizational design.
• Relevant certifications (Agile Coaching, SAFe, ICP, PMP, etc.).
