We design, fabricate, and build custom aggregate material-handling systems, including turnkey plants, conveyors, and wash-plant infrastructure, all tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. From initial design to full operation, we also manufacture and supply high-quality equipment, structural steel, and replacement parts, ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of complex construction projects.
  • Develop and implement bulk material handling systems, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the fabrication and manufacturing process, ensuring all products are produced to the highest quality.
  • Manage turn-key projects, overseeing all aspects from initial design to final construction.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Continually monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team, providing feedback and training as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing them into the company's operations where appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or further professional certifications would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design, engineering, bulk material handling systems, fabrication, manufacturing, turn-key, and machinery.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all work.
