Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Data Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct periodic reviews of prototypes and final deliverables
* Perform data mining and analysis to extract insights, identify trends, patterns, and correlations across datasets
* Structure, organize, and transform complex data into clear, usable formats
* Leverage data to forecast trends within the customer base and broader consumer population
* Create intuitive data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and diagrams, to support decision-making
* Develop reports and present findings to leadership and client stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and recommend enhancements to business processes
* Monitor data quality, validate accuracy, and cleanse or remediate corrupted data
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data sources, definitions, and requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-10 years of Business Analyst experience with strong business and data analysis capabilities
* Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders across systems and functions, external vendors and product teams, and internal technology teams
* Hands-on experience using Kanban boards to plan, manage, and track work within Scrum or Kanban-based Agile environments
* Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud reporting
* Experience with Fieldglass reporting
* Strong foundation in finance and financial processes
* Highly skilled in documentation and data/process visualization
* Solid understanding of Agile practices with experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated critical-thinking mindset

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, including:
* Microsoft Excel (VBA and Macros, data tables, simulations, advanced charting, pivot tables and reporting, Power Pivot, and What-If analysis)
* Advanced Power BI development and reporting
* Microsoft Teams, Word, SharePoint, Visio, and Access

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
