Job Title: Sales Director (Logistics & Manufacturing)

Role Overview

As the Sales Director for Logistics & Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the Manufacturing and Logistics verticals. You will lead the charge in positioning our integrated suite of ERP Software, Robotics/Automation solutions, and Managed IT Services as the backbone of modern industrial operations. The ideal candidate understands that these three pillars are not separate products, but a unified ecosystem that solves the most pressing challenges in the supply chain today: labor shortages, data silos, and operational inefficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy to penetrate Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts in the manufacturing and 3PL sectors.
  • Master the "consultative sell," helping C-suite executives understand how ERP data flows into robotic automation and how IT infrastructure secures it all.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from high-level networking and lead generation to complex contract negotiations and closing.
  • Partner with the Engineering (Robotics) and Implementation (IT/ERP) teams to ensure promised solutions are technically viable and profitable.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and maintain relationships with key consultants and integrators.

Requirements

<>Required Skills
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role specifically within Manufacturing or Logistics technology.
  • Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the ROI calculations behind Industrial Robotics.
  • Ability to "talk shop" with CTOs and Plant Managers.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding seven-figure annual quotas.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Go-To-Market Strategy.
  • Familiarity with Business Cases development.
  • Experience in Solution Selling.
  • Knowledge of Sales Strategy.

Why Join Us?

  • You will be at the forefront of selling the future of how things are made and moved.
  • You will have the autonomy to shape our go-to-market strategy.
