Required Qualifications

7+ years of Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure experience
Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Microsoft 365 administration experience
SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing or job-shop industry experience
SSRS reporting experience
Visual Studio or application development exposure
ERP administration, customization, or integration experience
Experience with process automation and continuous improvement
