Role Summary
We are looking for an Agent force QA Engineer to validate, test, and certify AI-driven agents built using Salesforce Agent force. The role is critical to ensuring autonomous agents behave accurately, safely, securely, and in compliance with business and governance standards.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce testing expertise, understands AI/agent-based workflows, and can validate conversational accuracy, decision logic, automation outcomes, and edge cases.

Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Testing
• Test Agentforce autonomous agents for accuracy, reliability, and goal completion.
• Validate agent reasoning paths, decision trees, prompt behavior, and fallback scenarios.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect actions, infinite loops, or unintended behaviors.
• Validate guardrails, refusal logic, and escalation to human users.
Salesforce Functional & Automation Testing
• Test integrations between Agentforce and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing for Flows, Apex, LWC, and automations triggered by agents.
• Validate end-to-end workflows initiated by AI agents.
Conversational & Prompt Testing
• Test conversational scenarios including:
o Multi turn dialogs
o Ambiguous user inputs
o Invalid or malicious prompts
o Context switching
• Validate prompt versioning, grounding data usage, and response consistency.
Data, Security & Compliance Validation
• Ensure agents respect Salesforce data visibility, permissions, and role-based access.
• Verify PII masking, data privacy constraints, and secure action execution.
• Validate trusted actions and restricted operations.
Test Design & Execution
• Create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data specific to AI agents.
• Execute manual and automated tests where applicable.
• Log, track, and retest defects using standard QA tools.
Monitoring & Quality Metrics
• Monitor agent behavior in lower and higher environments.
• Define and track quality KPIs (accuracy rate, failure rate, escalation rate).
• Support UAT cycles and production readiness sign-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Testing Skills
• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Knowledge of Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce automation testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments, deployments, and releases.
AI & Agentforce Knowledge
• Experience testing Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Bots, or conversational AI platforms.
• Understanding of AI agents, decision logic, and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt testing and conversational QA techniques.
QA & Tooling
• Experience with manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of REST API testing for agent integrations.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate edge cases and failure scenarios.
