Data Center Technician III for a Full-Time position.
Job Summary: Senior data center technician responsible for supporting critical infrastructure and mentoring junior staff. This role ensures reliable data center operations, supports hardware lifecycle activities, and helps maintain documentation and operational standards. The technician works independently while collaborating with broader IT teams.
Requirements:- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years data center or IT infrastructure support experience
- Experience with data center infrastructure and support systems
- Ability to work independently and create technical documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing)
- Knowledge of power, cooling, and hardware lifecycle management
