Location: Looking for someone to work in US business from US or CAN or Mexico

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support category-level demand forecasting for the oneNA platform. This role focuses on building, improving, and operationalizing forecasting models utilized in business planning across North America. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with demand planning and forecasting stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and enhance category-level demand forecasting models

* Improve forecast accuracy, bias, and consistency across markets

* Support quarterly forecast refresh cycles and business validation

* Perform model experimentation, validation, and performance monitoring

* Support scenario modeling, long-term forecasting, and hierarchy reconciliation

* Work with Python and Pyspark on large datasets; support pipeline efficiency and documentation

Qualifications

* Proven experience in developing Data Science solutions for production use

* Strong knowledge of Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake)

* Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline orchestration

* Solid understanding of Python and integration with APIs/services

* Good understanding of machine learning modeling techniques/process and be able to support ML experiments independently

* Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

* Great communication skills for any platform-related queries and internal discussions

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Databricks deployments

* Knowledge of Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for automation
