Job Title: ERP Senior Developer
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP technical professional to help design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. Our team is looking for someone who can provide technical leadership across enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support while contributing to modernization and transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
• Lead technical work across enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership on complex software development projects and collaborate with analysts, DBAs, integration teams, project managers, and other developers.
• Drive the software development lifecycle through solution design, implementation, testing, maintenance, performance optimization, deployment coordination, and root-cause analysis.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 8 years of related professional experience; or Associate degree and 10 years of related professional experience; or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of related professional experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience with strong experience in Oracle ERP modules and integrations.
• Proven experience with ERP customization and support, advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise, and experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Oracle Workflow, AME, OAF, ADF, Oracle APIs, Concurrent Processing, BI Publisher, OTBI, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Development, shell scripting, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and data migration tools.
