We are currently hiring for an SAP Program Manager for our direct client.

Position Details:

• Role: SAP Program Manager

• Location: Remote (California preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP program delivery, transformation, and application management services (AMS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, support engagements, global teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP/Enterprise IT experience with strong program and delivery management expertise.

• Proven experience leading both SAP AMS/Support and SAP Transformation programs.

• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation.

• Good understanding of SAP functional, technical, and integration landscapes.

• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of service governance, SLA/KPI management, and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing large global teams, budgets, resources, and delivery commercials.

• Excellent customer engagement, executive stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
