Title: Business Systems Analyst G&A / Junior PM Local candidates

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - Tue/Thu On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Systems Analyst - Define business requirements, create test plan and scripts, execute testing if needed, maintain requirement traceability. Lead test planning efforts: scripts, test data, tracking issue resolution, etc. If needed align deliverables with SOX and or GxP rigor. Ensure work is in alignment with IT philosophy and principles: integration patterns, vendor security assessment, SSO, etc. BSA work is 60 to 70%
• Project Delivery: Manage small-to-mid-sized projects across G&A functions and predominately for SaaS implementations or automation efforts. Manage risk, issues, scope, communications, and steering committee meetings. Implement projects from initiation thru stabilization using SDLC, Agile or hybrd approach. Comfortable managing SOX or GxP rigor with project methodology and or deliverable. PM work is 20-30%.
• Functional Support: Act as the functional expert for small SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with finance and G&A systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 5 years as a BSA or Functional Analyst.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing project lifecycles, timelines, and deliverables within an SDLC or Agile framework.
• Industry: Biotech/Pharma experience and SOX familiarity.
• Systems: Exposure to G&A SaaS systems with emphasis in Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred: SAP, Coupa, Concur, Workday, ServiceNow, or Okta.
• Soft Skills: Agile/growth mindset; comfortable "owning" a project and learning through execution and in a fast pace working environment.
