Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of innovative medical products within the advanced wound care space. This role will partner cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and leadership to drive product positioning, market adoption, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a defined product portfolio
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate in the market
• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns targeting clinical and commercial audiences
• Partner with Sales to align go-to-market strategies, promotions, and customer engagement efforts
• Collaborate with R&D to support clinical data generation and product innovation initiatives
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies
• Support product lifecycle management, including new product launches
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize outcomes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within healthcare, medical device, or life sciences
• Experience supporting or leading product/brand initiatives
• Exposure to product launches and go-to-market strategy execution
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel (~20%)
