Desktop Support TechnicianOn-SitePosition OverviewA Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a primarily Windows-based environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying devices, supporting peripherals, and delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will work directly with users in a fast-paced setting and must be comfortable handling a wide range of support needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide in-person support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and device issues
- Install, configure, and replace hardware components as needed
- Support peripheral devices such as printers, handhelds, and other accessories
- Assist with device deployment and basic imaging tasks
- Perform basic network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues
- Document all work in the ticketing system and follow established workflows
- Communicate clearly with end users and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to team members when appropriate
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
