Oracle SaaS & IaaS Administrator - Remote (Saint Louis, MO)

Position: Oracle SaaS & IaaS Administrator
Location: Remote (Saint Louis, MO)
Duration: 1+ Year

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS & IaaS Administrator with 12+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion SaaS and OCI IaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Fusion application environments, OCI tenancy, security, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle SaaS Administration

• Manage user lifecycle (Create, Modify, Delete) in Oracle Fusion ERP services
• Perform role assignments and manage user access in Fusion
• Coordinate Oracle patching cycles
• Perform instance refresh (via Cloud Console) and post-clone activities
• Manage folder access for BIP report migration
• Monitor scheduled processes (ESS jobs), track issues, and ensure resolution
• Monitor and manage environment refreshes as per ERP implementation plan
• Coordinate setup of Training, SIT, UAT, and Data Migration environments
• Manage user access in Training and UAT environments
• Provide production support for ERP user accounts
• Configure and support Identity Federation, API Authentication Providers, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Ensure migration of configuration and development objects across environments
• Create and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle for SaaS issues
• Maintain strong understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SOD (Segregation of Duties)

Oracle IaaS Administration

• Manage OCI tenancy
• Administer OCI Object Storage
• Manage OCI components including Networking, Storage, IAM, ATP, etc.
• Implement OCI native security best practices
• Create and manage alarms, alerts, and audit logs
• Monitor OCI cost utilization and perform optimization

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion application instances
• Expertise in OCI Landing Zone setup and resource management
• Strong understanding of Fusion instance management and refresh schedules
• Hands-on experience in Fusion security, RBAC, and SOD
• Experience supporting 24x7 production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
