Role Summary
A senior development position focused on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to design, develop, and implement custom business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations. The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. This position requires expertise in low-code development, system integrations, and solution architecture to support organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Establish standards and best practices for Power Platform adoption and usage across projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine solution approaches.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security protocols, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and SOX compliance.
- Design integrations utilizing APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Support the development of enterprise solutions by applying best practices in system design and integration.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and technical specifications for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in application development or systems analysis.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proven track record of designing enterprise solutions and system integrations.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for deployment and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $84.00 - $86.00 hourly
