Job Summary

The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that support the bank's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term architecture roadmap. This role requires deep experience in modern application architectures, middleware and integration platforms, data architecture, and hybrid cloud (cloud and on-premises) environments within a banking or financial services context.
Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
• 4+ years of experience in IT architecture or solution design, with significant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience designing modern, distributed applications and enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience with hybrid architectures spanning cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and risk controls.Implement resilience strategies including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, risk assessments, and guidance to development teams.
• Strong experience with AWS services, microservices architecture, API design, security frameworks, and DevOps practices.
