Job Summary
The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that support the bank's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term architecture roadmap. This role requires deep experience in modern application architectures, middleware and integration platforms, data architecture, and hybrid cloud (cloud and on-premises) environments within a banking or financial services context.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
- 4+ years of experience in IT architecture or solution design, with significant experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience designing modern, distributed applications and enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience with hybrid architectures spanning cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and risk controls.Implement resilience strategies including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, risk assessments, and guidance to development teams.
- Strong experience with AWS services, microservices architecture, API design, security frameworks, and DevOps practices.
