Position: SAP S/4HANA PP Lead / SCM Lead – PP/PPDS
Location: Open across USA – Travel to Bay Area, CA required

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead to lead the Production Planning workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA digital transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on PP/PPDS configuration and solution design experience, along with semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP PP/PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes.
• Design end-to-end planning and execution processes across SAP, MES, and PLM.
• Lead S/4HANA implementation activities including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Optimize planning using MRP, heuristics, detailed scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Design solutions for complex semiconductor manufacturing environments, including multi-stage BOMs and long lead-time supply chains.
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, engineering, and IT.
• Drive integration with MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM systems.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and coordinate global onshore/offshore teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS experience.
• Hands-on configuration and solution design experience.
• Strong experience with Variant Configuration.
• Deep knowledge of:
  • MRP and production planning
  • Detailed scheduling
  • BOMs, routings, and production versions
  • Capacity planning
• Strong experience with S/4HANA implementation/transformation programs.
• Experience with UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Strong Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) process knowledge.
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM.
• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.

Nice to Have:

• SAP IBP / APO experience.
• S&OP / IBP and supply chain control tower experience.
• SAP BTP / Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware such as Talend.
• Data integration and governance experience.
• NPI and engineering-driven supply chain experience.
• AI/analytics-driven planning or predictive supply chain experience.
• Semiconductor-specific experience such as fab-to-assembly planning.
• PLM ↔ ERP engineering change integration experience.
