Detailed Job Description:
The Program Manager will lead endtoend delivery of large, complex programs within the client account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations
Responsible for defining program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and schedule commitments
Drive proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and mitigation planning, with timely escalation to leadership when required.
Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders (Director/VP level), ensuring transparent communication through periodic status reports and governance forums
Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, Agile practices, and data-driven insights to enhance delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong program management experience, stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to deliver large-scale utilities programs.
