IT Project Manager w/Salesforce

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a IT Project Manager
 
Position type: Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Newark, DE 
As a IT Project Manager, you will:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The Project Manager leads a large Salesforce project or multiple Salesforce projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment.
Must-Have Skills

• Extensive experience working with technical stakeholders to understand and drive out complex technical solutions.
• Have planned, organized, and monitored project performance using appropriate program management tools and techniques in alignment with BAC Change and Project Management Framework.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations with Sr. Management.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Previous experience in agile/scrum software development concepts and practices.

• 5-7 years direct work experience in a project leadership capacity
• Practical understanding of JIRA Software Project Management framework
• Experienced working in a SAFe Agile environment
• Excellent Analysis skills specially in capturing requirements of functionality built in spreadsheets.
• Good presentation skills required for the preparation and presentation of information to stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Strong business and financial acumen including line of business subject matter knowledge
• Ability to identify, communicate and address impediments in an efficient and effective manner
• Understanding of technical concepts around Salesforce, Integration patterns to and from Salesforce, Web Services and Databases

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $58 - $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
