Summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a QC Technician I / Warehouse Worker for a position with a Global Life Sciences Company located in Reading, OH or Blue Ash, OH. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role as a Production Materials Quality Assurance (PMQA) Lab Technician involves performing safe and timely raw material sampling following established methods and cGMPs. Key responsibilities include sampling raw materials, operating a lift truck for material movements, and completing required SAP entries.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks involved with the movement of materials in and out of the primary warehouse
  • Follow established methods/procedures for raw material sampling
  • Prepare paperwork, sample commodities, and sampling rooms
  • Sample materials in a White Zone designated for sampling following current good manufacturing practices
  • Use a lift truck to move product
  • Complete required LIMS/SAP transactions
  • Perform general housekeeping

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 0-1 year of Material Handler, Forklift operator experience
  • Ability to multi-task, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 100lbs
  • Average documentation and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Good interpersonal skills to work successfully with others
  • Ability to work in Blue Ash, OH
  • Willing to work overtime to accommodate demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with the English language

Desired skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years GMP Laboratory/warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift certification
  • Computer skills, specifically SAP
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with DEA, FDA, Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices

Pay range: up to $20.00 per hour
