Position: Senior .NET Developer - Parent Facing Applications
Los Angeles, CA 90017 (Hybrid/Remote as directed by Client)
Contract : 6 months with possible extension
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to support the modernization, enhancement, and maintenance of Parent Facing Applications including Parent Portal, Unified Enrollment, Mobile Applications, and other enterprise systems serving students, parents, and district staff.
The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to develop scalable web applications, APIs, and database solutions while supporting mission-critical educational systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise .NET applications
Modernize legacy systems using .NET Core and Angular
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations
Design and optimize databases
Perform testing, debugging, and production support
Participate in architecture and code review activities
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years ASP.NET MVC
5+ years C# Development
5+ years REST/SOAP API Development
5+ years Angular
5+ years .NET Core
3+ years Entity Framework
3+ years SQL Server 2012+
3+ years JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
Strong experience with enterprise web application development
Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
