Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and design load balancing solutions for critical applications across on-premises, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments.


• Develop enterprise connectivity solutions and enable new customer connectivity.


• Apply secure change management practices to protect the environment.


• Advise business partners on platform options and standard practices.


• Troubleshoot complex application traffic management issues.


• Support enterprise traffic management and related network services.


• Collaborate with network operations and network engineering teams in a shift-oriented support environment.


• Work with business partners and network services teams to help maintain 24x7 availability.


• Apply information technology service management practices to meet business needs.


• Analyze application traffic and resolve network-related issues.


• Lead projects and work effectively across organizational teams.


• Work directly with customers to understand and resolve technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of engineering experience installing, configuring, and supporting load balancing technologies.


• Experience supporting and troubleshooting hybrid load balancing infrastructure, including on-premises and multi-cloud environments.


• Experience with cloud-based load balancing services.


• Cloud network engineering experience in one or more major cloud environments.


• Deep knowledge of traffic management platforms.


• Network engineering and troubleshooting skills.


• Application traffic analysis experience.


• Knowledge of enterprise security policies and best practices.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to lead a project.


• Ability to work directly with customers and solve technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise load balancing platforms.


• Experience with automation and scripting.


• Knowledge of routing and routed protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, and VPNs.


• Familiarity with structured delivery and operational frameworks.


• Network certifications.


• Experience supporting planned evening or weekend work.
