Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Agile Coach/Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take a product and web enable it, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role. This position requires excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to web enable products.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues.
- Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in Agile coaching and project coordination.
- Proven ability to take a product and web enable it.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Familiarity with web development technologies and processes.
