Required Skills & Experience
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to read, evaluate, and maintain clean, reliable code
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, and/or Python
- Versatility to contribute across multiple layers of the technology stack
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools in software development, or a strong interest in incorporating them into engineering workflows
- Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, evolving startup environment where priorities and challenges can change quickly
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience developing or contributing to AI- and LLM-driven applications
- Background in data engineering, data processing, or working with large and/or unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with technologies such as Spark, Scala, and cloud-based data platforms
- Prior experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling technology company
- Strong interest in system architecture, product ownership, and improving engineering workflows
