The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates has partnered with a premier leader in aerospace and defense technology to spearhead the search for an accomplished technical leader. In this high-impact position, you will drive the operational execution of our partner''s domestic client success ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of public safety and national security, you will serve as the principal authority for highly sophisticated aerial defense platforms. This mandate blends comprehensive educational leadership with complex technical resolution, empowering client organizations and external fulfillment partners to achieve total operational readiness in rapidly evolving environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect Educational Initiatives: Design, refine, and execute comprehensive physical and digital instructional curricula detailing advanced system capabilities and upcoming product roadmaps.

  • Champion External Partnerships: Orchestrate the technical integration, qualification, and evaluation of third-party fulfillment and support vendors to maintain flawless delivery metrics.

  • Synthesize Field Intelligence: Serve as the definitive product authority for domestic clients, translating real-world operational challenges into actionable insights for internal development teams.

  • Resolve Complex System Vulnerabilities: Engineer solutions for Tier 2 technical escalations, diagnosing advanced system anomalies while maintaining critical coverage through a scheduled support rotation.

  • Maximize Deployment Efficiency: Mastermind on-site site evaluations, installation configurations, and comprehensive validation protocols within complex signal environments.

  • Formulate Operational Documentation: Authoritative generation of installation methodologies, operational blueprints, Statements of Work, and technical reference materials for external distribution.

What You Bring

  • Field Engineering Expertise: Demonstrated professional mastery spanning 5 to 10 years in technical training, professional services, or field engineering inside a sophisticated multi-component environment.

  • Radio Frequency Systems Mastery: Profound technical mastery of complex Radio Frequency Systems, Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems, and Signal Diagnostics.

  • Vendor Management Capability: Verified capability to direct, audit, and scale external channel partners or auxiliary technical service groups.

  • Regulatory and Academic Credentials: A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent technical curriculum; possession of an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is strongly favored.

  • Mobility and Physical Capacity: Readiness to navigate domestic and global travel demands ranging from 50% to 75%, alongside the physical capability to maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs during onsite installations.

  • Operational Flexibility: Commanded presence at the physical headquarters in McLean, Virginia, with the flexibility to engage in off-hours operational support rotations.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 plus top benefits.
