Job Title: Business/Systems Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 12 Months
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Or Related Field
- Strong Ability To Gather, Analyze, And Document Business Requirements
- Experience Writing User Stories With Clear Acceptance Criteria
- Proven Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Structured Requirements
- Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills
- Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams (Business + Technology)
- Familiarity With Agile/Scrum Practices And Ceremonies
- Hands-On Experience With Tools: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Excel, Visio Or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience Working In Operations-Heavy Environments (Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation) Experience With: Backlog Management & Prioritization
- User Acceptance Testing (Uat)
- Product Delivery / Rollout Support
- Ability To Interpret System Diagrams And Basic Technical Architecture
- Experience Preparing Executive Updates And Business-Facing Documentation
