Pay Range: $38 - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment cycle for early careers programs by handling requisition activity such as sourcing, screening and interviewing scheduling
- Contribute to campus recruiting activities including career fairs, information sessions, and university partner outreach
- Prepare program materials such as handbooks, offer letters, and communications
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and applicable labor regulations
