job summary:
Manages multiple implementation projects and project steps for new clients; oversees these projects as they progress through internal processes to ensure completion and accuracy for clients.
Provides Subject Matter Expertise and is accountable for the timely delivery of high impact project milestones in order to create a seamless and successful transition to the ongoing support teams
Assist the Implementation Manager in organizing the activities of implementations team assigned to the project through specific sections of an Implementation timeframe
Assist the Implementation Manager in prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.

- The Lead Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team must coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Extensive understating of Project Management fundamentals

- Effective stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups
- Understands business challenges and translates them to business solutions
- Flexible to prioritize and deliver on multiple business priorities simultaneously
- Superior client facing capabilities to areas such as consulting with the client, appropriate assessment of client needs, understanding client needs, and application within the Volume Submitter framework.
