Content Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • User manuals
  • API documentation
  • Product guides
  • Knowledge base articles
  • SOPs and internal process documentation
• Translate complex technical information into simple, structured, and engaging content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather accurate information.
• Develop tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all documentation.
• Review and update existing documentation to improve clarity and accuracy.
• Manage documentation version control and publishing processes.
• Conduct content audits and implement improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Technical Writing, English, communications, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in technical writing or content writing in a technical domain.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts (APIs, SaaS, cloud, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, GitHub, Markdown, MadCap Flare).
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
