Summary
Techno Talent Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strong communicator for the position of Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant for a long-term USA-based enterprise project.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, proven implementation and rollout experience, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
- Expertise in modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expense Management
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end Implementations
- Rollouts
- Production Support
- Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Business Process Analysis
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to conduct workshops, CRPs, UAT sessions, and end-user training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong client-facing experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global rollout projects
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification is a plus
- Experience with integrations and reporting is preferred
