Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant (IAM / OCI)
Location: Remote + Some Travel

Job Overview

STAFFXPERT is seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant with strong expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion ERP security and at least one specialization in IAM, Risk & Controls, or OCI Cloud Security. This role requires an individual contributor who can configure, implement, and support security directly within Oracle Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM Security
Design and implement:
- Job Roles
- Duty Roles
- Data Roles
- Security Profiles
Develop and maintain RBAC frameworks
Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD):
- Rule definition
- Conflict identification
- Risk remediation
Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design Build UAT Go-Live)
Perform hands-on security configuration in Oracle Fusion
Collaborate with functional, IAM, and cloud teams for integrated security solutions

Required Skills

Oracle Fusion ERP Security (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM Security
Strong expertise in RBAC
Proven experience in SoD design and implementation
At least one full lifecycle implementation

Critical Requirement SoD

Experience designing and enforcing SoD controls
Ability to implement SoD across:
- ERP roles
- IAM / Cloud environments (preferred)

Additional Skills (At Least One Required)

Option A: IAM / Identity Management

Experience with:
- SailPoint
- Okta or Microsoft Azure Active Directory
SSO integration
User provisioning & lifecycle management
Identity migration experience

Option B: Cloud Security (OCI / PaaS)

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Knowledge of PaaS security (OIC, integrations)
Understanding of OCI IAM
Cloud security policies and access controls
