Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application design, or software engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying GenAI workloads using AWS Bedrock, AWS S3, OpenSearch, Lambda, and IAM.
Proven experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous agentic systems, tool-use interfaces, and multi-agent collaborative workflows.
Expert knowledge of prompt design patterns, context-window management, and output-structuring techniques.
Fluent in Python with deep experience in AI libraries (Pydantic, AsyncIO, NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI, etc.).
Experience setting up vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, PGVector), embedding models, and MLOps tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or banking domains.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Machine Learning / AI Specialty certifications.
Hands-on experience with alternative cloud providers (Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI) and enterprise integration patterns.
Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) and guardrailing technologies (Guardrails AI, NeMo Guardrails, AWS Bedrock Guardrails).
