Senior Zscaler SME / Cybersecurity Analyst

Associate degree in a related STEM field or equivalent professional experience.

At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience.

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Zscaler solutions.

Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Knowledge of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, security policies, and Zscaler architecture.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, network forwarding, traffic inspection, NAT, static IP configuration, and subnetting.

Experience with SSL inspection, VPN integration, MFA, identity providers, firewall policies, proxy chaining, and PAC file management.

Familiarity with Syslog, GRE/IPSec tunnels, and log forwarding.

Experience with Okta, CyberArk, and Splunk integrations.

Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and application access issues.

Experience using ServiceNow for incident management, service requests, and change management.

Ability to work onsite in Rockville, MD, five days per week.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI/Tier 2 background investigation.
